Write Letters

Please write to the Korean Government (direct your protest letter to the Prime Minister and the Minister of Justice), Media, and your Representative telling them that Korea should stop trying to legalize dog & cat meat and begin to:

  1. Stop all their attempts to legalise the dog meat trade - no hygienic control of dogmeat
  2. Include all dogs and cats in the definition of "Pet Animals"
  3. Enforce existing and future animal protection laws
  4. Protect all dogs & cats in both the markets & countryside
  5. Introduce clear penalties for slaughtering & selling of dogs & cats for food or medicine
  6. Educate the public about the myths of dog & cat meat products
